Hands That Bled For Me
I once read a quote: “Every rose has its thorns. Show me yours, And I will show you hands That are willing to bleed.” And just like that, I remembered The hands that bled for me, Knowing all my thorns and spikes Before I knew Him. Before I knew the wounds my thorns could make— Yet still, He loves me as I am, As no one else can Sees my petals, that I cannot see That man is Jesus Christ, My Savior who died for me, To break the chains of sin, So I could truly live.
