half filled jar
im always a half filled jar Longing for love, but it's gone too far bottle it up, but it's hard to conceal the feelings you hidden are starting to reveal a splash here a splash there emotions i felt proped inside a single jar feelings confined like a distant star it's like a chest without a lock a heart that's exposed to emotions on the clock the jar is always filled halfway to the top a constant reminder that the emotions never stop. im afraid to even spill a bit terrified of losing control and hitting a pit scared that he might read the story behind my smile terrified he'll discover the pain i tried to conceal for a while for the first time, the emotions i feel fills the jar with safety, loyalty, and love a heartfelt mixture sent from a soul that's enough somehow, i still find a way to mess it up maybe im just human, and mistakes are my stuff geuse, my jar will always be halfway filled to the top learning to accept the imperfections that never stop
