GUILT 😔
She wondered if all feel the same, Or if she alone bears this shame. After an event so unpleasant, It's common to claim it's not your fault, But she believes—she is the clot. She's an idiot; she feels the guilt, Smaller than a peasant, her spirit wilt. Though proven wretched, she felt smothered, A coward, she confessed, uncovered. To stay away from fears, she swore, Yet in their grip, she trembled more. Now, a crumpled gray napkin she found, Wiping tears that tried to drown. With trembling hands, she sketched anew, A life reborn from all she knew. Sometimes, life cracks apart, What seems a disaster Can be a fresh start!
