I still see you in quiet days, In empty nights and fading ways. A shadow where your laughter stayed, A memory time I won’t let it fade. You were my sun, my gentle rain, The calm that eased my hidden pain. You are my greatest love, my sweetest part, But also where it broke my heart. Indeed I miss the way you used to care, The little things we used to share. Now silence fills the space you left, A love that I always kept. They say that time will come to heal it all, But some goodbyes just make us fall. For even if we’re worlds apart, You still remain inside my heart.
