Gray skies....π«οΈπ€
The sky wears the colors I never say aloud... heavy, quiet, waiting to break. Like roads after too many footsteps, I've learned that survival is rarely beautiful. They call them gray skies, but I've found they carry every shade of hope and hurt. The same clouds that threaten the earth are often the ones that leave it greener. I am a contradiction.... soft enough to care, strong enough to endure, always weighing the light against the dark, searching for peace in places storms remember. My life has never been endless sunshine. It has been power lines standing through the wind, dust settling after every setback, and feet that somehow keep moving forward. So let the skies stay gray for a while. They do not frighten me anymore. I've become the kind of person who knows that even the darkest horizon is only the beginning of rain... and rain has always known how to grow something new.
