Grave
I went to a funeral today, But instead of grief what I saw was relief, Why is no one crying? What's with all these smiles? I ran a thousand miles just to make it, to see if anyone needs comforting. But all my efforts are in vain, no one stayed in the grave. No one mourns, no one says they'll miss that person. They all left as if her death was nothing, just part of the time flowing. Something you can move on easily, forget that she once exist. She always wonders if she'll leave a good mark, That's why she always give her best, That's why she slowly break herself to pieces, Hoping that those pieces will be treasured, will be cherished, kept till eternity. But lilttle did she know, it was too small to notice so nobody saw Like a dust in the wind she perish. I was the witness, I was the victim, And I was the suspect. What should I say? I'm sorry? Thank you? I wish? I'm sorry I didn't notice, I'm sorry I was too weak, I'm sorry I was so busy, and I'm sorry I put you in pain. Thank you for making it this far and I wish it will be better for you in your next life. To me, in that grave. Fly. -poena
