Good Morning Girl
Good morning girl! You're appearance is the sun's delight As moon's parting shadow Reveals your face so bright. You bring your beauty From the lingering cloak of night; A burst of color in the morning sun ignites And gives the dawn its morning light. The call of birdsong from the dew, As delicate as the morning wind, Does the refreshing air imbue As echoes of night's sweet parting And the coming, lovely day ensues. My heart's beating you renew With just a little smile or two And whispered words of, "I love you." As I see the day unfurl, Upon an eagerly watching world, And feel the country breezes come; As the sunlight starts to swirl, To capture sounds of newborn day; It stirs your hair and perfect curls. About you nature's beauty whirls; My best response: "Good morning girl!"
