Goddess Butterfly (P1 of 2)
She was a goddess butterfly with perfect wings of black and gold, and brilliant gilding on her arms and wings; all as symbols very old. Her face was very beautiful: of golden tones, and soft. She spread her wings, and soaring, she found herself aloft. Now the world she could survey from her perilous height. And her eyes could see so much more, but still, no butterflies in sight. As far as observation points, all she saw was real. But to her, this vantage point, made it all surreal. In visions she had witnessed the butterflies she sought. But legends that aren't verified are naught. She knew butterflies seek gardens, grassy fields and sun. And sometimes little children, when they were having fun. (please go to part 2)
