Goals

One of the goals of this lifetime Is to achieve enlightenment Or to stop the cycle of death and rebirth One of the other goals in this lifetime Is to learn and complete a life lesson To absorb all that one can In the hopes that one achieves The understanding and the incorporation of a life lesson Before one departs from this plane of existence In the hopes that one will never have to  Come back to learn the same lesson over again  Sometimes it can take many lifetimes To learn only one life lesson There are no clues as to what the lesson is One gropes around for answers In the dark One is instructed to leave no stone unturned One listens closely to everything that is said and one absorbs ones surroundings  One pays attention to the life lessons of others Knowing that we are all on a journey Yet most are on different phases of the journey And we are all here to learn different lessons One of the goals of this lifetime Is to  Learn to make peace To learn to prioritize love over all things To learn respect for those that have passed And to learn to pass on ones knowledge One of the goals of this lifetime Is to learn to shepard the souls of the unrepentant either during this life or after
