GLUTTONY
In feasting halls where tables groan, Where gluttony's feast becomes my throne, Within my belly, a hunger prone, Gluttony's grip, I can't disown. In lavish banquets and endless fare, My appetite grows beyond compare, For every morsel, I must ensnare, In gluttony's embrace, I find my lair. From succulent meats to sweets so fine, My craving grows, a ravenous sign, In every bite, I seek to dine, In gluttony's grasp, my soul entwines. Beneath the feast, where indulgence reigns, Where pleasure's song is all that remains, In gluttony's dance, my spirit strains, In endless hunger, my soul complains. For in this heart of mine, so weak, Gluttony's whispers, they constantly speak, In endless feast, my soul does seek, And in its grip, my spirit's peak.
