The cruelty she's known no one would guess. Compassion often taken advantage of. They don't know its genuine love. Always calm when tempers rage. She's walked through fires angry blaze! Always so gentle in words and touch. At the hands of violence she suffered so much. You wouldn't believe the battles she's fought, Or what it took to find the peace she sought.
