Give Me A Moment
You hear some folks ask God why are you letting all this happen to me, How come its my loved one and not me in that bed fighting to breath . I keep you in my heart always even tho we hardly ever seem to talk, Believe me I want to but have so many problems it's not your fault. Seems to me when I begin to pull myself out of this quicksand, You push me back in with all this weight of paying bills and job demands. Now I know when mom was alive she always reminded me to take a second to pray, And I sometimes hear her in my mind but seems as if the moment pass faster each day. Well my child your mom and I watch over you and she does want you to call, And give mt a chance to unload some of the weight off your shoulders before you fall. To take just a moment maybe some place like your car or maybe a hall, And let me into your heart for in your savior don't worry about the sins I paid for them all. By: Benny Crabtrey Jr
