Ghost of us
In twilight's haze, I thread alone, A ghost in mist, no path known. Hands outstretched, shadows flee, No one hears, "Will someone help me?" The fire within, a stubborn spark, Burns eyes that search, leave heart dark. A rose falls soft, like grace unclaimed, In empty space, our Spark's inflamed. Beyond the veil, whispers hide truth, A journey fogged, with heart's slow breath. Yet in the blur, a light may seep, If we uncoil, the heart can wake. -@Vee-
