Ghazal
The little steps left without a guide The books cry for me without a guide There will be no air, no name of Adam If God were somewhere, the skies without a guide What is the loneliness of hell after that What has become of us, the creatures, the heavens without a guide Sadness will be stained with sorrow, standing at the door of another All the memories will remain mine without a guide We have not loved, nor hated, crying This is how we have kept these hearts without a guide I will sing to you, my white-haired mother My soul has left you, my limbs without a guide Now I will not wait for my father like a child May the welfare pass now, the evenings without a guide
