Gentle Love
In a world that spins so fast, I find my peace in moments past; With every breath, I softly see The gentle love I have for me. In the gaze of the mirror, I catch a glimpse, Of a heart that's learnt to dance and sprint, And with every stumble, every stride, I hold my soul with arms open wide. For every storm that's passed me by, Has taught me how to reach the sky. In those silent corners of my mind, And find in love the unending kind. Gentle whisper, soothing song, Points to where I really belong. In this dance of life, wild and free, I am enough, and that's the key.
