Gender Is A Ruse
In shadows deep, where secrets dwell, a girl in yearnings grip fell. With hopes and dreams to rearrange, she begged the gods "please make a change!" To be a boy, she cast her spell. Alas, the witches laughed, so cruel, "Dear child, such fate we cant unspool. For genders plight is not our vice, but we can grant you a boy's voice, and a mustache just to be nice." With twisted grin and maniac's cackle, she took on traits of broomstick tackle. But no more luck did she behold, for boys 'twas shadows did enfold. Leaving her still in girl's apparel. With wilted dreams and sorrow's weight, she pondered on her twisted fate. For deep inside she knew the truth. That gender is but a silly ruse, and to oneself be true.
