Garden of our meeting
I looked at you from across the room My eyes connect with yours and the flowers of my garden bloom. My eyes were fixed on you for a while, oh lord I was mesmerized. Wanting to know more, I took a step but who knew finding love could be your ultimate death. You took a step closer, my eyes shift, oh what I'd do to make them lift. You put your hands out, and it suddenly hit, oh lord, I was ready to take that risk. I looked up at you, our eyes connect, butterflies in my stomach, what the heck. You smile at me, I held my breath. "What's your name?" I stutter, wait did I forget? I took your hands, "it's r-renette." I looked at you from across the room My eyes connect with yours and the flowers of my garden bloom.
