future me

When I think of my future all I ever see is me As in I can see myself marrying but my future me is alone Just me and a dog, a few plants hiding the destitute absence of life I see the girl I think I love but in the end all I ever see is just me. I'll go for walks, work a job I hate. Read when I'm bored and wonder why my life seems to be this way. It seems inescapable that some vast lonely impass will project its way upon my life, I see her, I see kids but I look far ahead and that goes all I ever see is just me.
