Full stomach

Do you ever feel a bit dizzy like in a dream? When you wake up with your stomach like full, of all the tears that flowed out before the brains turns off. Eating is getting harder by the minutes, but I keep doing it and then I feel nauseus. I think I'm broke, probably I'm not. I'm just a teenage brat. And my stomach full probably too much, and always my throat hard because ready to throw up.
