frozen
When you are cold and you don't notice It's visible to others The goosebumps on your skin The shaking in your limbs The dread in your face The scars that have been replaced By the frost in your bones Shattering like glass plates Being thrown in a broken home Somewhere sometime It got to my heart Now it's freezing my being In a stagnet position Where all growth is lost By idiotic descion The ice stabs at my guts It stabs my skin and it cuts Off all I may love from reaching in And discovering the love we could've been If I wasn't already frozen.
