from, your daughter
I never asked to be priority number one just a "hey, how you doing kid?" "how's my oldest daughter?" that's all I wanted maybe once a month you'll call so I'm not disappointed. Work, Wife, Church, the kids that live with you, those are the priorities in your life and I'm just not on that list dad I'm not mad I understand I've never been the first priority hell I'm not even my own first priority, yet you call me selfish. maybe it's my fault, no I won't tell myself that anymore because I won't take the blame for someone that doesn't want anything to do with me anyways. this is your daughter in case you forgot that I exist that would make sense to why you never call, or text, why I never get invited to family events, but that's me being selfish again..right. I didn't tell you how I felt because I know the waters I would dwell, "you're selfish" "get over yourself" "you're dramatic" "you're too young to understand" "stop lying" "get out of my fucking sight" all words you've said..and they all live on repeated in my head.
