FROM BLUE MOON TO GOLDEN DAY.
Memories, Oh Memories Memories, oh memories, of yesteryears gone by, With families, friends, loved ones under the sky. Even foes in their way shaped who I became, Each moment a melody, none quite the same. I try to hold them back, yet they pour like the rain, Through my mind’s open doors, joy tangled with pain. Bounties of laughter, and sorrows that flow, Shaping my spirit in ways I now know. They paint my horizon, chase shadows away, Turning my blue moon to bright golden day. Each memory whispers, “You’ve journeyed so far— Your scars are your stories, your light is your star.”
