freeze ❄️
how to even describe the feelings that linger? there's grief leftover for you and for me, both gone to the wind like a dandelion seed, caught on the breeze there's anger built up like a tower crashing down, crushing any last surviving part of her that tried to run rampantly away from the rubble there's sadness bellowing out of her like a dark rain cloud, only no one can see the lightning nor feel the thunder that booms through her there's disappointment because for all his praise, all that was left in the end was a trash bin and a lowly tarp, right? there's a bit of resentment burning holes through her resolve there's the dust of being left behind she's no longer moving forward she's a deer in the headlights. she's cold and alone and there's nowhere to go. hopes and dreams dashed just pressure and pain reside here. like the moment right before a limb is no longer attached. she is not whole but she's paraded around as if she still is.
