freeing myself

I've started my routine waking up in the morning doing my exercises taken care of myself. Doing everything that I should be doing and I'm gonna lose the weight and start to feel better about myself. I just had to let go of all the bad stuff. I'm still doing that but it just takes time and I'm trying to do it all on my own. And I hope god is on my side. I'm gonna get my body back the way. I want it so I look sexy. I'm going to bed and suit for myself not for anybody else. I'm going to do all that I can to take care of myself and my children which most are full almost. But I got this "I am Enough"
