Freedom with work

Sometimes when I am at work I feel like I am living in two different world the customers be lying about me or saying bad things about me and the manger are expecting too much from me something I feel like they should let someone else done it besides me if they want it done a certain way I don't like to be so extra I just some freedom it does not make sense how I can do more things when I I am working in retail that can not do working in food service it is just not far sometimes if can't do other things at work I feel worthless yeah should be that way but it is
