To me, the world cannot be saved, Through its perfect imperfections — a hero's sacrifice is done in vain, To believe I belong in a world wrought with anguish is to believe my spirit has indeed been vanquished, For my spirit longs to be free — free of slavery, misdirection, malevolence and trickery, As dark as it may seem, death is the only absolute, and as for me, it is my way to the truth, I have nothing to offer this human stricken realm, And nothing to gain from those of wealth, As sure as my time to fall will come theh that is the day all of heaven's song will be sung,
