Forgotten love,
Lost in the haze of what we used to be, I'm searching for you, but you're not me. The silence screams, a deafening sound, A heart that beats, but love's turned around. In forgotten places, I find pieces of you, A whispered laugh, a smile or two. But like autumn leaves, they wither away, Leaving me with nothing but gray. The stars above, a distant hum, A lullaby that once was ours, now undone. I reach for your hand, but it's just air, A longing that remains, beyond repair. In this emptiness, I'm left to roam, A ghost of love, forever lost at home.
