forgive and forget

I have to I have to forgive myself for being so silly and naive thinking we had a chance thinking we had some feels and that somehow I found myself in your arms, kisses and hugs I have to forgive you for not being able to feed the beast inside me the beasts that yenns for your love you couldn't now I have to forget about all the feels the fun the love I created and wanted it to feel so real I have to bow down at my own feat and apologize at my own defeat I didn't know better I didn't want to know better I couldn't you did you worse you did everything you could possible do for me I just failed to understand that there's no true love it just all an illusion I gotta move on from everything right now as all is clear to see
