Forever

Forever and always is what you once told me. Forever and always is what I believed. I've built a future with that in mind. Because you were always going to be mine I've dug a pit to the center of the earth. Because you said WE would make it work. And when it came time to switch sides. You went and said nevermind. I was only useful cause I could provide. And once a dug a hole so deep and wide. You apparently realized. You could start over with a new guy. And take all I worked for this whole time. Start a new life, and leave me behind. Still you ordered me not to die. And not because you would miss me if I did. But cuz you didn't want to be alone to raise the kids. Yet you sit there and tell me, That you still care and love me. A forever with and ending Is a forever just pretending. © Deoneloko
