Foreign
My heart is tired My mind feels foreign Like an evergreen forest Where there's no rain The sunlight is deadly It's fierce and strong The trees are drying But the roots are making full efforts But what do they do From where do they bring The water , for which they're craving, As They're buried inside that soil, where now rain is foreign The leaves have paled They're meek and yellow But they're still struggling As they want the tree to grow They don't wanna let their leaves and branches shred Where sits the poor crow They don't wanna lose their ability to have fruits From which , many people grow But what do they do What do they say If someone asks them about Where's their old green shade If they even try to Explain the whole game Will it make any difference? Or what'll do they gain?
