For the first time
For the first time, I saw the heaven. It was in your eyes, sparkling like stars. For the first time, I talked to God. It was about you, praying, that you'll see me too. For the first time, I put on makeup. I saw the girls you follow, I wanted to be like them. For the first time, I straightened my hair. You said you liked it better than my curly hair. For the first time, I put on a mini dress, That's what you like, after all. For the first time, I tried alcohol. I didn't like it, but you do, so why not? For the first time, I smoked. It was like hell, burning my throat. For the first time, I prayed to God. I was everything you wanted, so why not make a move? And for the first time, God answered. His voice traveling, breaking my heart. "For the last time, He is not the one for you, Forget him, Move on." For the first time, I cried. He held my hand and stroked my hair. I washed the makeup off, threw out the dress. For the first time, I saw Satan in you. Smiling, laughing out loud, turning my stomach up and down. "You believed me again, didn't you? The love you felt, was a joke." For the first time, I saw the truth. And for the last time, I fell out of love.
