FOG π«
A mist that chokes the life below, A sadness that the heart must know. The world is blurred, the colors fade, The trees are ghosts in this gray shade, The birds are silent, lost in thought, The day is gone, the night is brought. The fog is like a mournful sigh, A sadness that we can't deny, It whispers secrets in our ear, Of all the things we hold so dear. The memories of love and loss, Of happiness and dreams now tossed, Into the mist that clouds our mind, And leaves us feeling lost, confined. The fog will lift, the sun will shine, But still the sadness lingers on, A memory of this misty time, That we can never quite be gone.
