The black tar eats away at my heart as my body falls apart The way my vexatiously ambiguous words anger the ones that don't know what they just heard Melodies of color falls from my irises like a salty memory. The way I'm loudly silent but in my head they're loud and strident I tried to smile but it makes me feel like I've been traveling miles just to find myself again I take the broken pieces off the shelf because I can't live with myself neither can you because you don't know what to do I hide away to create something new help isn't needed when I'm here with you I tear up at night because the stars flew by you
