FINE BUT NOT FINE
Not fine really, though I say I am Beneath the surface, a storm rages on Smiling faces hide the pain within But the cracks are starting to show, wearing thin I put on a brave face, pretend all is well But deep down inside, I'm trapped in a cell The weight of the world on my shoulders so heavy I try to hold on, but I'm not sure I'm ready To face the truth, to admit I'm not fine To let down my guard, to show the signs Of the turmoil and chaos that brew inside I try to hide it, but it's a losing fight So here I am, confessing the truth I'm not fine really, despite my sleuth Of pretending and acting, it's all a facade I'm struggling, I'm hurting, I'm feeling so flawed But I know I'm not alone in this fight There are others like me, hidden from sight So let's stand together, hand in hand And support each other, help each other stand For we may not be fine, but we're not alone We'll weather this storm, together we'll grow And one day we'll look back and see That despite the pain, we found strength in unity.
