Finding myself
In the quiet of solitude, I seek my own peace, A moment to breathe, a chance to release. The world spins around me, a whirlwind so loud, I long for the stillness, away from the crowd. With walls as my comfort and silence my friend, I’ll gather my thoughts, let the chaos suspend. In shadows I’ll wander, where no one can find, The whispers of solace that soothe my tired mind. Each hour a treasure, each minute a gift, To mend what is broken, to feel the heart lift. The weight of the world can be heavy to bear, So I’ll carve out this space; it’s a breath of fresh air. In isolation's embrace, I’ll discover what’s true, The dreams that were buried will rise up anew. With time as my ally, I’ll learn to reclaim The pieces of me that feel lost in the game. So here in this stillness, I’ll find my own song, A melody whispered where I truly belong. For in every retreat, there’s strength to be found, And in solitude's arms, I’ll come back unbounded
