Find the light in the darkest days, and I promise you you'll see. I've always tried to encourage you to seek the beauty and be the light. Even in the darkest days there is beauty all around you. Seek it. Find a positive, love. If you seek it you will see it, right in front of you. Though we may look beautiful and peaceful on the outside, there may be a struggle inside. Calm. Find peace. You are loved. Being honest and vulnerable with someone you trust will help you to process those feelings and let go of the negativity. Your mental health and feelings of being worthy of love and peace is so important. You are worthy of care. Of kindness. You are beautiful, beyond measure. Precious. There's beautiful light in you.
