final poem to him
i want to start this out and say I’m finding light inside the gray got no anger, got no malice It’s all love, not a chasing status i have a little bit of regret For the words I never said you're not half the man you think that you are You hit the gas, but you're stuck in the park you can fill the hole inside of you with money gym and cars And still feel trapped behind invisible bars because you can't own anything unless there's something in it for you So every gift turns into a hidden IOU i tried to help you But nothing got through i had no warning about who you are Deception burns like a prison bar Don't want to see your alligator tears I’ve outgrown all your toxic cheers took a broken man right in my hands and put back all his parts Healed the wounds so that he could torn us apart just glad I made it out without breaking down Won the fight without a single sound so you're not half the man you think that you are Your pride won’t get you very far
