Febuary 16th
Beyond Psychiatric walls, a truth now unveiled They held her but only so long, A call came, 14 hours, the help was gone. Emerging from those walls, still under the drug's embrace, She came out, a ghostly figure, lost in space. Fury surged, anger's flames ablaze, The hospital's choice, leaving me in a daze. "Deal with her," they said, heartlessly bold, Abandoning me, my frustration untold. Empty vows they made, then left me in despair, A recurring pattern, a burden to bear. In her bra, a stash of forbidden treasure, Vapes, money, phone, a contraband measure. Unchecked she passed, secrets in tow, Vapes and money, their negligence aglow. A blatant disregard, their failure exposed, Weapons could've slipped through, as everyone knows. Potential harm ignored but eh who cares you know? So Fooled once more, their promises betrayed, A cycle of deceit, wounds freshly laid, paychecks are their aim, a heartless deed, leaving scars unattended, in moments of need. So let my fury blaze, a testament true, To the depths of their failure, the pain they strew. 9/1/23
