Fear for my future
In darkness, fears and doubts converge as one, A maelstrom swirling, ceaseless and undone, The future's labyrinth, with no path begun, Echoes with the whispers of what's yet to be done. My heart, a flame that flickers in the night, A beacon searching for a guiding light, The shadows dance upon the walls so bright, As I, a traveler, lost, without a sight. Yet still I hold on to hope's frail thread, A glimmer of a dream that's yet unsaid, A chance to rewrite the story of my head, To find the courage to face the unknown ahead. And when the dawn breaks, and the darkness fades, Perhaps the light will show the path that's been made. -GAV
