Father—they say he is the male parent, But who is he really? I can't say much About the word "father," but I can speak Of my father. He is my guardian, my protector, My inspiration; he is the heartbeat Of my existence. To me, he is more than a mere parent; He is the melody in my life's song, The light that guides me through the dark. That is my father. No one can be like my father, For he is the vessel through which blessings flow, Guiding and protecting with Allah's grace. That is my father. ---
