Farewell
In the depths of my soul, a heavy heart resides, Burdened by memories that refuse to subside. But today, amidst the tears that gently fall, I find the strength to finally heed fate's call. For too long, I've clung to what's no longer mine, Lost in a world where emotions intertwine. But now, a flicker of hope begins to burn, As I gather the strength to let go and learn. The road ahead is obscured by shadows unknown, Yet, I walk with conviction, no longer alone. In each step, a piece of me I leave behind, Embracing the truth that closure I'll find. The echoes of your laughter haunt my nights, But like a phoenix, I'll rise from these endless fights. No longer do I yearn for your love's sweet embrace, For I've discovered my worth, and my heart finds its place. With each teardrop shed, I release my pain, Embracing the freedom dancing in the rain. Though my heart may be heavy, burdened with regret, I'll cherish the lessons and never forget. For moving on isn't easy, and scars may remain, But within this heavy heart, a fire will sustain. I'll find solace in the whispers of the wind, As I journey towards a love that's yet to begin. So, goodbye to the memories that weigh me down, I'll rise above the darkness,
