Falling out of love?
It starts with a slight issue, it's minimal. You talk it over when you're sober. You've been so drunk on the high, looking through heartshaped eyes at the one who's your everything. Then the issues becomes constant, an irritation, and it festers in your very being. The glasses start to crack, and you truly feel its cursive slap. Because once the honeymoon high starts to die, you see the flaws within start to seep their way to the forefront. Resentment lingers between, and tension doesn't feel so keen. With your mouth shut and mind burdened, you start to nit pick at everything, and at that point, fate might be sealed.
