Falling, maybe
We crossed paths through an online game one quiet night, Not knowing strangers could feel this right. From teammates battling side by side, A bond was built that we couldn't deny. From daily chats to moments spent, You stayed with me through all my storms. So gentle were the words you’d say, You lit my dark and led the way. You remembered things I’d only share, Like loving pizza—you were there. You showed you listened, not just heard, In quiet ways, without a word. I don’t know yet what you might see, Or if there’s room in you for me. Will all my flaws just make you leave? Yet here I am… falling, without reprieve. Will the risk I’m taking be worth the fall, Or will it wreck me completely, once and for all?
