Falling In Love
No, I don't want to fall in love. At least not with you. Nor anyone whom I have Any current knowledge of. This world is a wicked game. More cruel than death itself. So no, I do not want to fall in love. But you, Make everything a little less complicated In this harsh world. I care for you, sure. I do not love you. Nor could I. I will not allow myself To completely surrender Under a feeling. I will not have any control over it. You see, when I love. I lose all self-control, I would walk through fire, I would take every cut and bruise. And never question it. The scars would be a reminder Of the selflessness within. I can not love you like that. I will not fall in love. This world can't handle me. And I am okay with that.
