Facade I : What he sees.
(re-feel version) Mirror, oh mirror on the wall Who am I? The mirror cracks, yet didn’t shatter My face, my form, Fragmented in many shapes, Split across the cracks I am what I see, yet there are so many of ‘me’ Oh mirror, is this who I am? How do people see me? How do I see myself? Mirrors, oh mirrors on the wall Cracked you may be, yet clear as could be Showing so many truths, like a funhouse While obscuring reality Mirror, oh mirror on the wall Of my heart With every beat, a new crack A new ‘me’ My new ‘reality’ Thump, thump Yet the drummer, who’s the drummer I reached out a hand Towards them, But the mirror, Oh the cracked mirror, It cuts me, with its sharp edges.
