Eyes Part 2
She kept thoughts and held secrets with a sacred voice of wishes, stars and time and all that she asked. A halo of blessings and innocence cradled the soul inside. Tattered and torn from deceiving hearts and the evil of unpromised love. And still she prays with thoughts of morning to the whispers at eve, between the curtains drawn on life and arms spread to the world; she held sway in a dance. A universe apart from a heartbeat in neon black light. She witnessed every angel that walked into oblivion beside her life. Each honest word broken, every moment past, never would they be truthful. With these words I write , her life continues. I will wake with the fire and sleep with a poem heart. The world turned silently, orbiting her dreams. Then, with my promise, I would close my eyes.
