Eyes Do Lie
In this vast expanse, what are the chances, our wandering eyes would find their glances? That we would meet at a point in time, our breaths aligning in perfect rhyme? The depth perceived in one mere look, as enchanting as a tale in a book. It's how we converse without sound, emotions shared as stares abound. If only the eyes could speak and say, how they long for you each day. Peering deep into your soul, a love for which I'd give my whole. Oh, how I wish their silent cries rang clear, that I alone could draw you near. So please cease that gaze, a beacon bright, as if I'm the only anchor in your night.
