Eye Of The Storm
Beauty, as defined by Miriam Webster's dictionary is "the group of qualities in a person or thing that gives pleasure to the senses or the mind." I'd say that it's a very fitting description, for there is not a single trait on her gracious yet enticing figure, that fails to bring joy to every aspect of my being. Her loveliness blesses the world with an aura as pure and elegant as the view of a million sunsets. Her eyes with color deeper than that of the northern lights themselves. Her hair that flows lengths longer than the Nile river could ever hope to rival. More than life itself. Beauty was nothing but a concept, a word, a reality untouched by man's thought or imagination. It wasn't until I laid my eyes upon her, that the definition of beauty was welcomed into the corporeal realm. It was through her touch that I realized love, was not lost. But that it was hidden, beneath the cruel and unwavering hurricane that is society. Yet, she was the calm that I had since long sought in the eye of the storm.
