explaining emotions

She asked how does your sadness feel i said that i feel weak, but it is more then that i feel alone. I feel like i need to hide it, but when i'm alone i cry till i can't feel anything anymore. She asked how does your anger feel. I said heafy, but its more then that. I feel like i hate everyone. I feel like i need to hide it but when i am alone it turns into sadness. I cry and kick and punch the wal or anything else there is. She asked how does your happyness feel i said i dont know cause i only know that when i am happy and i am not.
