expiration
Expiration- Everything has an expiration date. Even hearts, I don't mean when they stop beating and decide they're done taking care of every organ, every cell in your entire being. I mean when you love someone. At the first sign of love or friendship, they then only have so much time. It's like a bomb trapped in your chest, replacing the very thing keeping you alive. And that time counts down all day and all night. But like everything it's different for everyone. Different warning signs have different feelings. It hurts the most when that person is stuck with you, every day you see them, hear them, and still feel a longing to be theirs. Even though you expired you’re no longer considered beautiful, kind, funny to them. But instead ugly, annoying some sort of monster from their nightmares. And you can't do anything about that other than try to not want them to think of them and dream about them. It was a masterpiece, a priceless work of art, and I tried to fit in the frame you made for me. But eventually, you found a better one. One who could fit in the frame you once made for me. Eventually, you threw me away. That my love is when my expiration date passed.
